Ali Ali

Board Secretary

Ali graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. After college, Ali joined law enforcement and now works for the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Ali brings valuable experience in public safety and community engagement to the board.

Peter Northrup

Treasurer

Peter began his career at Safeco Insurance before establishing his own agency, Northrup Corporation, in 1993. The agency now serves over 350 commercial clients alongside personal and executive risk accounts.

Jenni Pullen

Board Member

Jenni has dedicated her career to public service with the City of Portland in Crime Prevention and the Office of Violence Prevention. She is currently the People Services Manager for the city's Community Safety Division. She is a Portland State University graduate with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice.

Judith Mowry

Honorary Board Member

Judith has over 33 years of experience in conflict resolution, organization development, policy facilitation, and racial justice activism. She is a founding partner of Full Circle Consulting and co-founder of the Restorative Justice Project on Gentrification. She partnered in developing the Community Residential Siting Program for the City of Portland.

Ron Silver

Honorary Board Member

Ron Silver retired in August 2015 after 33 years as an Assistant United States Attorney. He served as Chief of the Civil Division in Oregon from 2008-2014. He worked with the Somali community to help ensure the civil rights of Somali students and volunteers with students at the Muslim Educational Trust. In 2002, he was honored by the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association with their Public Justice Award.
